If you require any changes to your currently registered schedule, please email us those changes. Please note that six weeks' notice is required for any changes (i.e. add days/reduce days/change days or discontinue care). Notice must be received on or before the 15th or it will not take place the following month. An example would be: Notice received on September 1st to September 15th would take place on October 31st. Notice received on September 16th to September 20th would take place November 30th as this was late notice. Notice period always ends at the end of the month.
